Flyrobe is an IITN startup and it is India’s first and largest fashion rental platform for men and women. 

Three IIT Bombay colleagues, Shreya Mishra, Pranay Surana, and Tushar Saxena began brainstorming ideas for a rental business that might be popular in India. 

It is a great solution to access new outfits without the burden of ownership. 

Shreya Mishra the founder of Flyrobe visited Airbnb headquarters in 2012 for an entrepreneurial seminar at Standford University, where she vision for this startup. 

Flyrobe’s founder team was inspired by the potential of rental stores, which may be run with existing assets.

5. Digit (Digital Insurance)

Former Allianz chief executive Kamesh Goyal founded Digit Insurance in 2016, in Bangalore, which makes insurance a simpler and faster experience for customers. 

Digit targets to sell insurance online and through partner channels but retain a physical presence through its product team, which it claims is available even during national holidays. 

Fairfax holdings invested $ 45 M in Digit Insurance and Fairfax chairman Prem Watsa is an Indo-Canadian billionaire also known as “ the Canadian Warren Buffet” for his approach to investment. 

6. Adani Group Fortune Mart

Adani group Fortune Mart serve online and physical customers’ requirement and give the opportunity to customers to shop all fortune products under one roof. 

Minimum investment and maximum support from the company to their partners in rent and credit facility for purchase material. 

Adani group will do all the online and offline marketing and promotional activities and give supporting staff to the mart.
